12.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. cge77 does not guarantee any outcome in any game. You play at your own risk.
13.1 By cge77. cge77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cge77 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance; (c) PAGCOR has directed account action; or (d) the account holder is deceased.
13.2 Balance on Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause (breach of Terms), all funds in the account — including pending bonuses and associated winnings — may be forfeited at cge77's discretion. Where termination occurs without cause, cge77 will return the verified balance to the player via the most recent payment method used, after completing any required regulatory review.
13.3 By the Player. You may close your cge77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. All pending wagering requirements must be resolved prior to final account closure.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the cge77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
